Most recently, Mpisi Consulting has assisted a national Australian wholesale distribution company to migrate to Dynamics 365 Business Central. Acting as the company’s project management resource and in consultation with the Microsoft Partner we were able to deliver a complex project on time.
The role required working not only with the key stakeholders, but also the operational team members to identify requirements and gaps. We utilised workshops, training, user testing along with documented processes and procedures to allow the teams to acquire ownership of the migration process, and ultimately the knowledge and confidence in what was adopted into Business Central. Key to this was allowing the teams to embrace the change element of the project. Early identification of the early adopters and empowering them facilitated the overall change process.
In addition to the project management responsibilities, we also assisted with Business Central consulting, training, user testing and provided a solution to manage their data and reporting between old and new ERP solutions.
